Common topics

I can't sign in to my account

Double-check that you're using the email address you registered with and that your password is entered correctly. If you've forgotten your password, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and follow the instructions sent to your email. If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder, then email us at support@hearamericasvoice.com and we'll help you regain access.

How do I update my profile or change my email?

Open the app and go to Settings → Account. From there you can update your display name, profile photo, password, and email address. Email changes require verification of the new address.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion removes your profile and personally-identifying information. If you can't access your account, email us from the address you registered with and request deletion — we'll take care of it.

How do I report inappropriate content or a user?

Tap the menu on any post, comment, or profile and choose Report. You can also block users so their content no longer appears in your feed. Our team reviews every report and takes action consistent with our Community Guidelines, typically within 24–48 hours. To escalate an urgent safety concern, email support@hearamericasvoice.com with the word "URGENT" in the subject line.

I think I found a bug. What should I do?
